Your skills:

At least 3 years experiences in Sales, preferably experience in Lighting industry

  • Practical, hands on mentality
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence
  • Familiar with Ms office software
  • Fluent in English, Spanish

 

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities:

  • Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel in South Spain.
  • Build the coverage and win wholesale customers in South Spain.
  • Drive continuous business performance improvement based on challenging ambitions.
  • Realize the top line pricing and bottom line targets set by the Country Manager.
  • Build business case in the collaboration with the Country Manager in South Spain.
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with customers.
  • Execute the distribution
  • Meet the targets and budget.
  • Manage internal relationships with all departments.
