Who are we looking for?

A Customer Services professional with a passion to go the extra mile, energized by the work hard-play hard principle.

You :

-          Passion for serving customers

-          Energetic

-          Entrepreneurial

-          Self-starter

-          Accurate

-          Sense of humor

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German (or other European languages)

-          Preferably with SAP experience

 

What will you be doing?

-          Managing the sales order fulfillment process in an optimal way, including processing in SAP

-          Managing the order delivery process, including communication with customers, sales colleagues, monitoring the delivery schedule

-          Pro-actively manage commercial relationships with customers in Europe as one-stop-customer shop, in close cooperation with sales

-          First point of contact with regard to order claims, responsible for monitoring the process
